Our company is certified by the IICRC (Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification). MasterKleen is locally owned and operated by an IICRC certified Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning Technician. The Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration (IICRC) is an independent certification body established in 1972 to set carpet cleaning industry standards. The IICRC certification can only be earned by skilled professionals who have earned it through study, experience and the successful completion of formal written examinations.

IICRC certified technicians are recommended by many carpet manufacturers and are specially trained to identify fibers and use the most appropriate, approved cleaning method. All your carpets & upholstery will be cleaned by the owner/technician. This means you can depend on the highest quality of workmanship to be consistently performed. There will be no quick once over, only to wet your carpet and leave. We will take whatever amount of time necessary to do the job right, using only the finest quality products and equipment.
